Marathwada MitraMandal’s School of Interior Design (MMSID) is a reputed institute committed to excellence in Interior Design education.

MMSID combines academic learning with practical experience through well-equipped design studios, modern computer labs, a material museum, experienced faculty, and industry interactions. Guest lectures, workshops, site visits, internships, and value-added certificate courses enrich students’ learning and professional skills.

With a strong legacy of nurturing successful designers across India and abroad, MMSID strives to develop creative, competent, and industry-ready interior design professionals.

The school believes in offering interesting programme of study in the design discipline that encourages the students to attain higher standards of education. The mission is to prepare the learner to responsibly create interior environments through applied problem solving methods, critical thinking combined with organizational and ethical practice skills such that the built environments are functional and supportive of the social, psychological, physical, economical and behavioural needs of the user.

Welcome to MMSID – Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s School of Interior Design, where creativity meets excellence and ideas transform into inspiring spaces.

Interior Design is the art and science of shaping environments that influence how people live, work, feel and connect. At MMSID, we believe that the strength of the profession lies in the collaboration between academia, industry and the wider design community.

With our experienced faculty and rich legacy in Interior Design education, MMSID has nurtured thousands of students who have grown into successful professionals and entrepreneurs, creating opportunities and making meaningful contributions to the design industry.

MMSID is committed to academic excellence and quality education. Affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) for its diploma programme, MMSID has built a strong legacy in Interior Design education since 1986.

The institute has been awarded the Excellent Grade by the MSBTE External Monitoring Committee on consitantlyand consecutivel, reflecting its commitment to academic quality and continuous improvement.
